Meet Claudia:

Before Wild Spoon, I spent years in healthcare - in the Cardiac OR at Boston Children's Hospital, as an EMT, and as a Health Coach at One Medical. I saw firsthand how small daily choices compound into long-term health.

When I became a mom, I wanted something simple for our family. Something warm, nourishing, and made with ingredients I actually trust. Nothing on the shelf met my standards, so I started making it myself. I started mixing raw honey with organic herbs in our kitchen. Friends tried it. Then their friends tried it.

Wild Spoon is still made by hand, in small batches, right here in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It's the same jar I make for my own kids.

Made for families. Built for longevity. Crafted with intention.

Frequently asked questions

Does hot water destroy the honey's benefits?

No. Raw honey's beneficial enzymes begin to break down around 140°F. When you stir honey into water that's cool enough to drink, you're well below that threshold. Mix it in once your water has cooled for a minute or two and you're good.

How many servings are in a jar?

Depends on how strong you like it. At 1–2 tablespoons per cup daily, most people get 1–3 weeks from a jar.

Is this safe for kids?

Kids over 1 year old can enjoy Wild Spoon. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.

Can I use it in cold water or other drinks?

Absolutely yes. It's safe to consume straight out of the jar. It dissolves best in warm or hot water, but you can stir it into smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or cold water.

Is Wild Spoon a tea?

Not technically. There are no tea leaves. It's a honey-based herbal infusion - raw honey infused with organic herbs and spices that you dissolve in hot water. Same ritual, different (and cleaner) delivery.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Subscribe and save for a discount - we'll ship on your schedule so you never run out.

How long does it last?

Raw honey is one of nature's best preservatives. Stored at room temperature, your jar will stay fresh for months.

Why these ingredients?

Each ingredient was chosen for its role in daily wellness - from turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties to black pepper's ability to enhance absorption. Nothing is filler. See our product page for more context.

Why is there residue or texture in my jar?

That's the good stuff. Our herbs and spices stay in the honey - we don't strain them out. The longer they sit, the more their nutrients infuse into the honey. You may notice some settling at the bottom of your cup. That's whole organic ingredients doing their job. Give it a stir and enjoy.
